A Few Tips When Self Estimating:

• 26 Foot Moving Truck + 2 Clean-Cut Movers = $165/HR (Mon-Thurs) $180/HR (Fri-Sun).
  **Add an additional mover = $70/HR (If requested an additional mover in the afternoon windows, please confirm with our sales team over the phone! Set crews are already sent out in the mornings).

• A crew of 4 Movers and 2-26ft box trucks is available. Please call or email to schedule.

• All jobs within Jefferson County have a one-time gas and mileage fee of $60.

• All jobs within the following Southern, IN counties have a one-time $3 per mile round trip gas and mileage fee of . (Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, and Washington).

• $3.00 per mile travel fee outside of Jefferson County. This is calculated based on a round trip mileage, starting and ending at our lot (13319 Aiken Rd, Louisville KY 40223).

• Two hour minimum on all jobs. Any time exceeding two hours is pro rated down to the minute.

• As a rule of thumb when self estimating, our trucks hold approximately 1500 sq ft of normally furnished living space and one load typically takes 4-6 hours plus drive time. Many factors determine actual move time including preparedness of the customer, disassembly and reassembly of furniture, distance from residence to the truck, stairs, elevators, and most importantly the actual amount of stuff a customer possesses. It is much faster to move a minimalist than a collector. Basically, we guarantee that the movers will be working hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. As long as the movers are working hard and fast, the customer is getting a fair deal no matter what. If there are any issues with our movers on move day, please call the office immediately.

• Add extra time when estimating if you are moving any of the following:

  • Piano (Standard Uprights Only, 500 lb limit with no more than 5 stairs)

  • Gun Safe (500 lb limit with no more than 5 stairs)

  • Large Patio Furniture

  • Any item exceeding 300Lb.

• Piano/Gun Safe & Specialty Item delivery is $300 extra per item when bundled with a full service move.

• We do not move aquariums
