Starting his career at Cardinal Moving in 2015 as a Relocation Specialist, he quickly developed a keen understanding of the logistics and customer service aspects of the business. In 2018, Justin departed from Cardinal to a new role as a Assistant Director of Maintenance, where he honed his leadership and operational skills.

After a six-year hiatus, Justin returned to Cardinal Moving, bringing his wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. Initially taking on the role of Sales Manager, he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in driving sales and improving client relations. His outstanding performance led to a swift promotion to Hiring Manager, and he currently serves as the Talent Acquisition specialist for Cardinal Moving. In this role, Justin excels in identifying and recruiting top talent, ensuring the company continues to thrive and deliver exceptional service.

Justin is a family man and a sports fan, He has 2 Beautiful daughters. Layna age 7 and Lyvia age 2 with his Fiance Macey, as a family they are Avid sports fans for the Kentucky Wildcats and Minnesota Vikings!!
