Josh Durham graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability and Energy Applications with a minor in Christian Ministries from Lindsey Wilson College. While attending College at Lindsey Wilson, he played football. Josh is originally from Chickamauga, Georgia. He and his wife Ally moved to Louisville, KY where he was quickly hired on as a mover with Cardinal Moving. With determination to move and contribute within the organization, Josh was promoted to a Damage Claims Specialist and now he holds the position of Operations Manager. Josh’s duties include hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs. Josh continually strategizes to develop process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. Josh is always looking for ways to engage Cardinal employees to make the workplace more effective and efficient. Josh exemplifies excellent leadership skills, social skills, utilizing actively listening techniques. His value to Cardinal is enhanced by his understanding of finances, supply chain management, workflow, and staffing! Josh has one daughter named Georgia Grace and another on the way named Laynie Mae. Josh looks forward to the continual success of Cardinal Moving by developing process improvements and providing positive relocation services for local communities in Louisville, Ky, and the surrounding areas.
