As the General Manager, Brent Carneal currently leads and oversees the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of our daily operations. Brent has been with the Cardinal Group going into his 10th year. Starting with the company in early 2015, Brent learned the ins and outs of the relocation business firsthand while working on the trucks. The physical laboring aspect includes mindful packing and protecting customer goods and relocating customers' household belongings throughout our community. This was done all while providing quality service throughout the community, training new hire employees, and fine-tuning the daily operation of a successful onsite relocation. After the continued growth and individual success he had working in the field, Brent accepted a Sales Manager role with the company. Shortly after leading our Sales department to record numbers in 2017/2018, he was quickly promoted to an Operation Manager role. From there, in early 2024, he was promoted to our General Manager. Monitoring the day-to-day operation of Cardinal Moving and continuing to improve our success as a local business.  As a seasoned professional in Customer Service and brand growth, Brent has been able to maximize operational excellence while supervising staff from all different departments within our business and continuing to set record revenue numbers each and every year with his staff. He looks forward to continuing to provide excellent and honest service to the Louisville, KY, and surrounding area community. "SKYS THE LIMIT!" Brent attended Kentucky Wesleyan College while playing football on an athletic scholarship. While at Kentucky Wesleyan College, Brent majored in Business administration. Brent is a huge family man and sports fan. He has 2 beautiful children named Brayden (11) and Brinley (5) and has been married to his wife, Kelly since 2018. When not in the office, he spends time with his family making as many unforgettable memories as possible. Coaching his son's basketball teams, being in the front row of the spectator section at his daughter's dance & swim classes, or catching the Kentucky Wildcats and Miami Dolphins games on the weekends
