ALL check payments are required to have the customers drivers license number and DOB written on the front of the check. All check payments are required to have a Louisville, KY address printed on the check.

CARDINAL MOVING RATES

Let our team of professionals assist with your local move. Our affordable, flat hourly rates and no surprise or hidden fees have helped us build a 5-star reputation in our community.

  • Two-hour minimum.

  • We accept all major debit/credit cards and checks.

    • There is a 2.9% surcharge for all debit/credit payments.

    • All check payments are required to have the customers drivers license number and DOB written on the front of the check.

    • We only accept Louisville, KY addressed checks.

    • Payment is to be paid in full onsite after each job.

  • Piano/Gun Safe & Specialty Item Delivery $300 extra per item. (500 lb. weight limit per item)

  • $150 half truck dump fee (with full service move).

  • $250 full truck dump fee (with full service move).

  • $500 overnight storage fee.

  • The Southern Indiana counties in our service area (Clark, Floyd, Hamilton, Scott, and Washington) will require a 1-time $3 per mile round trip destination fee (which starts and ends at our office location).

  • $60 one-time travel fee within Jefferson County.

  • $3 per mile round trip travel outside of Jefferson County.

  • Clock starts and stops at your home - we prorate by the minute.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of schedule move are subject to a $50 service fee (weather permitting).

  • As of 1/1/23, all services provided are subject to KY Sales Tax of 6%. Any and all appointments booked for service dates of 1/1/23 and after, will be subject to KY State Sales Tax.
