Patrick Hughes began his education at the University of Kentucky and finished school at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 2017 for Logistics Management. He first began his professional career by working as the Lead Technician at Staples. Patrick moved back home to Louisville, KY where he was recommended for a position at Cardinal Moving through a colleague. Patrick started as a mover and advanced to his current position as Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, Patrick leads the entire Cardinal Moving sales department. He is responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached. Patrick guides and encourages the sales department. He inspires, motivates and provides suggestions to help the team members! Patrick also handles company payroll -  responsibilities include calculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments.
