Every Minute on the Minute – 20 min

min 1 – Back Squat for 5 reps @ 205 (Whatever weight is manageable for perfect form throughout. You should never fail or come close)

min 2 – 3 P. Cleans @ 205 (Touch n Go or drop. Perfect form throughout)

min 3 – 10 alt kb p. snatch @ 53lb

min 4 – 10 cal Airdyne bike

Lying Leg Curl – 3-4 sets x 10-12 reps
