Every min on the Min – 20 min

Min 1 – Back Squat x 3

Min 2 – Weighted Pull ups x 5

Min 3 – Wall Ball x 10 w 20 lb ball

Min 4 – 4 Rope Climbs

Deadlift – work up to a heavy set of 3

Triceps –  Skullcrushers, Pushdowns
