Every Min on the Min – 1 P. Snatch (Go up 10 lbs every 3 min and work 12-15 min so 4-5 different weights)
4 Rounds – 10 Toes to Bar, 10 Shoulder to Overhead @ 115lb (Push Jerk is quickest), 10 Front Squat @ 115lb, rest 60 sec
